Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala’s Education Minister, V. Sivankutty, has extended a warm and empathetic hand to a student who endured a harrowing incident of physical abuse at the hands of his teacher in Muzaffarnagar. Minister Sivankutty, speaking from Thiruvananthapuram, expressed Kerala’s readiness to take responsibility for the child’s education, provided her parents are willing to embrace this compassionate offer.
The minister had earlier dispatched a letter to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, urgently requesting stern action against the teacher involved in the unfortunate incident that marred the student’s educational journey.
The student in question hails from the riot-affected region of Manipur and is currently receiving education in a government school.
