Sub Inspector assault case; Muslim League leader under arrest

Kasaragode: In the case where Manjeswaram Sub Inspector P. Anoop was attacked, a member of the district panchayat was apprehended. Abdulrahman, a member of the Kasaragod district panchayat and a leader within the Muslim League, has also been taken into custody. The incident took place during a clash in Uppala on Sunday, leading to the arrest of five members of a group.
