Gold prices hike in Kerala

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Gold prices in Kerala experienced a significant hike today. The price of 22ct 1-gram gold has risen by Rs 15 compared to yesterday, and it has increased by Rs 120 for one sovereign. Similarly, for 18ct gold, the price has gone up by Rs 10 per 1 gram and Rs. 80 for one sovereign.

As a result, the current market rate for 22ct one-gram gold stands at Rs 5505, while one sovereign of gold is priced at Rs 44,040.

Similarly, 18ct gold is now trading at Rs 4558 per gram and Rs 36464 per sovereign.

There has been no change in the price of silver, which remains at Rs 78 per gram.
