Ernakulam : A startling incident unfolded at the Tripunithura Taluk Hospital, where the swift and courageous actions of a migrant worker drew attention and concern from both authorities and the public. The individual in question entered the hospital premises and damaged equipment and property, though miraculously, no hospital staff or bystanders were injured during the incident.

Local law enforcement officials were promptly summoned to the scene to assess the situation. Preliminary inquiries suggest that the assailant may be grappling with mental health challenges.

To determine if substance abuse played a role in the incident, authorities are also investigating whether the individual had consumed any drugs prior to his disruptive actions. As part of their duty of care, the individual was subsequently transferred to the general hospital for a thorough evaluation and medical assessment. No formal case has been registered against the individual as of now.
