Thiruvananthapuram: Continuing its downward trend, today’s gold rates in Kerala have seen a notable decline for the third consecutive day. The price of a sovereign of gold has dropped by Rs. 480, bringing it to a market price of Rs. 43,120 per sovereign, marking the first significant decrease in gold prices since March 17. Over the past three days, the cumulative decrease amounts to Rs. 840.
In parallel, the price of one gram of silver has also experienced a slight dip of 1 rupee, now standing at 77 rupees per gram. For hallmark silver, the rate remains at 103 rupees per gram.
