Kasaragod: In a commendable effort to elevate passenger experience and cleanliness standards, the ’14 Minutes Miracle’ scheme reached Kasaragod, leaving a transformative impact on the iconic 20933 KGQ-TVC Vande Bharat Express. The high-speed train, adorned with 16 coaches, underwent a thorough cleaning session as part of this innovative project. The cleaning operation mobilised by three dedicated individuals in each coaches.
Zakir Hussain, the Additional Divisional Railway Manager, Palakkad, expressed his enthusiasm for the project and the potential time savings it could offer passengers. During his interaction with the cleaning staff, Hussain underscored the significance of this initiative in refining rail travel precision and making the journey more enjoyable for commuters.
The ’14 Minutes Miracle’ project, which involves swift and coordinated cleaning efforts, holds particular importance in the context of the ongoing Swachhta Hi Seva campaign by Indian Railways. Indian Railways aims to integrate these efficient practices to streamline and elevate the cleanliness standards of its trains, which is inspired by the success of similar minute miracles in the cleaning of bullet trains in Japan.
