Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) has introduced an innovative approach to enhance its electricity-related services and streamline the process of reporting complaints. This new system, known as ‘Electra,’ aims to provide greater convenience to the public.
Under the ‘Electra’ system, members of the public can now register their complaints via a dedicated WhatsApp number, which is 9496001912. This user-friendly platform allows customers to report issues and seek assistance with ease.
In addition to the WhatsApp option, individuals can also reach out to the KSEB Section Office or utilize the 24-hour toll-free customer care number 1912 for reporting any electricity-related concerns.
