Thiruvananthapuram: Prof. V.T. Rama, the State Vice President of the BJP, marked a literary milestone with the release of her first poetry collection titled ‘Uyirani.’ The unveiling ceremony took place at Trivandrum Press Club TNG Hall, where the book was handed over to senior RSS Pracharak Sri Sethu Madhavan by Bengal Governor Dr. C.V. Ananda Bose . The event was presided over by Prof. Thangamani.
Senior RSS Pracharak Sri Sethu Madhavan, upon receiving the book, acknowledged V. Rama’s active involvement in both social affairs and family commitments . He highlighted the significance of V.T. Rama’s literary contribution.
During the unveiling of the book, V.T. Rama expressed, “No one can confine a poet to Lakshmana Rekha, and the birth of a poet is like the birth of a star.”
‘Uyirani’ is a collection of 19 poems and has been published by Veda Publications. The event witnessed the presence of participants such as BJP state committee member Sandeep Vaachaspathi , Dr. Lakshmi Vijayan, and Hari S Kartha.
