Kozhikode: An accident occurred on Vadakara Madappally National Highway during the early morning hours, involving a tempo traveller transporting a group of passengers from Pala to Kasaragod, which fell into a deep ditch. One person died, and 12 others sustained injuries.
The woman who was admitted to the Medical College Hospital after the accident lost her life. The injured individuals have been admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital and Vadakara Hospital. Out of the four individuals admitted to the medical college hospital, one is in critical condition.
