Kochi: A specialized team, led by SP Jayakumar and comprising cyber police officers, has been assigned to probe cases involving movie reviews.
The first complaint related to review bombing was lodged on the 25th of this month by Ubaini E, the director of Rahel Makan Kora, alleging that many individuals were trying to harm his movie through bad reviews. Following this complaint, the Ernakulam Central Police registered a case against nine individuals. To look deeper into these cases, a special investigative team has been appointed.
