Thiruvananthapuram: For travel enthusiasts, exploring new destinations is a passion. Whether accompanied by friends, family, or venturing alone, the love for travel is a common thread among us.

While travelling by train and air journeys each offer a different experience and the high cost of air tickets can be a hurdle for many air travel enthusiasts. However, a new opportunity has emerged for those with a desire to explore Malaysia, specifically Kuala Lumpur, at an affordable ticket price.

AirAsia has introduced a new route, from Thiruvananthapuram to Kuala Lumpur, marking its second direct route from Kerala. The airline is set to operate all-in-one-way services from November 22 to November 26. One of the standout features of this new route is the budget-friendly ticket prices, starting at just Rs. 4,999.

AirAsia officials emphasised their commitment to prioritising the tourism sector and making air travel more accessible for the public. The four-times-weekly service from Thiruvananthapuram is scheduled to commence on February 21, 2024. Presently, AirAsia operates 12 services from Kochi to Kuala Lumpur.

For those interested in exploring this new travel opportunity or seeking more information on fares, AirAsia encourages a visit to their website or the AirAsia Super App.
