Thiruvananthapuram: Another clash broke out in Manaveeyam Veedhi, near Althara Junction. The incident occurred when an individual blew cigarette smoke on another person’s face during a program. The fight initially involved a push and shove between two individuals, eventually escalating into a conflict between two groups.
Tensions persist in Manaveeyam Veedhi, despite efforts to curb clashes. In response, the authorities have imposed restrictions on nighttime activities. The police have mandated restrictions, including a ban on the use of musical instruments after 10 p.m. and prohibiting gatherings after 12 a.m. However, these measures have failed to control conflicts. The museum police have registered a case against three individuals involved in the clash.
