Palakkad: The official inauguration ceremony of Lulu Mall in Palakkad occurred on December 18, featuring the presence of distinguished guests. Among them were the District Panchayat President K. Binumol , the Kannadi Panchayat President, M. Lata, and the Executive Director of the Lulu Group, MA Ashraf Ali. MLA Shafi Parambil had the privilege of inaugurating the mall, signifying the formal commencement of this splendid addition to Palakkad’s retail scene.
Lulu Group proudly announced the launch of its new shopping centre in Palakkad, Kerala, marking its third Lulu Mall in the state. The mall is located on the Kannadi National Highway, spanning an impressive 2 lakh sq. ft.
The two-story mall boasts a sprawling Lulu Hypermarket covering 1 lakh sq. ft., offering a diverse array of products, including groceries, delicacies, fresh farm produce, and imported goods. Additionally, the shopping centre introduces the Lulu Fashion Store, featuring an extensive collection of international, national, and regional fashion brands. Lulu Connect, dedicated to electronic gadgets and home appliances, is also part of the mall’s offerings.
There are more than 30 national and regional brands, which include American Tourister, V Star, Vismay, Akshaya Gold & Diamonds, Poshe Salon, Jamal Opticals, and Peora.
Palakkad now joins the ranks of seven Indian cities where the Lulu Group has established its presence, following successful ventures in Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore.
