Ernakulam: After a previous complaint by a woman regarding misbehavior by Advocate Aloor, another young woman from Ernakulam has come forward with a fresh complaint against him. The complainant alleges that she paid Rs 5 lakh to Aloor for business consultation, but when her business shut down, he declined to refund the money upon her request. The complaint also states that when she insisted on the repayment, she faced threats from Aloor.
Aloor has approached the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in the new complaint also.
Police registered a case against Aloor a few days back accusing him of misconduct towards a woman seeking legal advice for a property case. The complaint states that Aloor took 3 lakhs from the woman to speed up the property case and treated her unfairly. She also accused Adv. Aloor of attempting to sexually assault her at his office.
While this complaint from the Bengaluru native is under investigation, another woman, hailing from Ernakulam, has now approached the police with a similar complaint against Aloor.
