Thiruvananthapuram: Today witnessed a significant decline in gold prices, with a reduction of 480 rupees per sovereign. The current market rate for one sovereign gold stands at Rs 45,600. The price per gram of gold has decreased to Rs 5,700, the lowest price recorded this month.
International gold rates have also experienced a downturn, with prices reduced by $38 from $2028 to $1990. The price of silver has not changed. Today’s rate for one gram of silver stands at Rs 77.
