Malappuram: In another wildlife attack incident in the state, a forest dweller was injured. Akhil, a native of Nilambur Palakkayam, sustained injuries in a bear attack.
The incident occurred yesterday evening while Akhil and seven of his friends were collecting honey in the forest. They managed to escape by climbing a tree, but Akhil suffered severe injuries to his leg during the attack.
