Wayanad: The main accused, Sinjo Johnson, brutally assaulted Siddharth, a student of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University campus in Pookode. According to the police, Sinjo, who holds a black belt in Karate, inflicted severe injuries on Siddharth, including pressing his larynx, rendering him unable to swallow even saliva.
Students revealed during the investigation that it was Sinjo who planned the mob trial. Siddharth endured extreme brutality during the mob trial, with Sinjo delivering multiple kicks to Siddharth’s body. The accused, Sinjo Johnson, had often harmed Siddharth. The students told the police that they offered Siddharth water when he asked for it, but he could not drink it. The students who witnessed the incident disclosed that they were threatened with dire consequences if they spoke out about it.
Kashinathan RS, the second prime accused, also played a significant role in harming Siddharth and beat him using a belt, inflicting severe injuries. Students said that Kashinathan was also known as “Psycho” in the college.
