Washington D.C. : US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper said on Tuesday that Department of Defense believes a vaccine for coronavirus can be developed within 12-18 months.
He also said that private companies are trying to develop a vaccine quicker than the US military’s timeline and that US Defense department shall provide every additional support.
195,000 people around the world have been infected with the deadly disease.
