Washington: A volcano erupted in the American state and island region of Hawaii on Wednesday morning. Kilauea, one of the most active volcanoes in the world, erupted after a three-month pause. Lava flows are currently confined to the surrounding crater floor.
The eruption is at Halema’uma’u, Caldera, one of Kilauea’s peaks. Despite the eruption, no damage has been reported so far. Kilauea is one of the five volcanoes in Hawaii.
