Tel Aviv: It has been disclosed that a nine-month-old baby is among the 240 hostages held by Hamas. Baby Kefir Bibas, the son of the Yarden-Shiri couple, was abducted from a kibbutz in southern Israel. Kefir is the youngest among the hostages, which include 32 children.
The family has conveyed that they have no information regarding the whereabouts of the baby. On October 7, Hamas terrorists abducted Kefir’s parents and two other children. Yarden’s father reported that Shiri’s parents were burned to death by Hamas.
The Israel Defence Forces have received information indicating that the hostages, including the nine-month-old baby, are being held in a hospital in Gaza. Hamas maintains a secret centre in a hospital’s basement, which was used for treating children with cancer. The army has released video footage supporting these claims.
