Chennai Super Kings’s CEO denies rumors of Rohit Sharma’s transfer to Chennai

Chennai: In recent days, rumours circulated suggesting that the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) might acquire Rohit Sharma from the Mumbai Indians through the trading window. Speculations hinted at a potential transfer involving additional players from Mumbai, especially with Hardik Pandya taking on the captaincy role in Mumbai.

However, CSK’s CEO  Kasi Viswanathan has officially debunked these rumours, putting an end to the speculations. Viswanathan stated, “We are not looking to acquire any player through the trading window, especially from Mumbai. We have no such intentions.”
