Hyderabad: Bharat is in control of the Test match after scoring 190 runs in the first inning against England. With two days left to end the first Test match, Bharat can continue their batting after dismissing England today. Despite a strong start from England’s top batters, the middle order struggled and collapsed in the second inning. England has scored 235 runs and lost five wickets so far in the innings, and they are now leading by 57 runs.

As the third day of the Test match progressed, England found themselves at 235/5 in the second session. The out-batsmen include Zak Crawley (31), Ben Duckett (47), Joe Root (2), and Jonny Bairstow (10). Ben Stokes (30*) and Ollie Pope (101*) are now on the crease for England.

Jasprit Bumrah and Ashwin claimed two wickets each, while Jadeja secured one against England in the second inning.

England’s current batting duo, Ollie Pope (101*) and Ben Fox (30*), are at the crease as they seek to stabilise the innings. As the match progresses, Bharat’s dominance and England’s struggle in the second innings set the stage for an intriguing conclusion in the coming days.

Bharat, who were bowled out for 436 runs in the morning session, showcased a strong batting display. Ravindra Jadeja, with a commendable 87 runs, narrowly missed out on a century. Contributing to Bharat’s impressive total were KL Rahul (86), Yashasvi Jaiswal (80), Ashwin (41), and Axar Patel (44). Play was halted on the second day with Bharat at 421 for 7, and the remaining wickets added 15 more runs today.
