Mumbai: In the realm of cricket, the debate over which format reigns supreme has long been a topic of discussion among players. However, emerging wicketkeeper batsman Dhruv Jurel has provided a definitive answer to this perennial question.
Jurel shared his perspective and said that he always prioritises Test matches first. Reflecting on his childhood aspirations, Jurel recalled his ambitious goal of playing 200 Test matches. He then, chuckling, mentioned that he later realised that 200 Test matches were too much.
He noted that he prefers to face fast bowlers over spin bowlers. Jurel added that his favourite shot is the pull shot. Dhruv Jurel made his Test debut in the five-Test series against England.
