New York: The South Korean smartphone giant unveiled the next-generation of its flagship Note series phablet at an event held in New York city.
Samsung has launched the new Galaxy Note 10 smartphone in two sizes. The Galaxy Note 10 comes with a 6.3 -inch display while the bigger Galaxy Note 10+ offers a 6.8- inch screen. The devices also differ in specs like battery, camera, RAM and price.
The new Galaxy 10 series highlights a new design with a centrally-located punch hole display which Samsung calls the Infinity-O display along with a minimal bezel on the top and bottom areas. Also, Samsung is continuing with the curved glass design on both sides while the fingerprint scanner is now integrated on the display itself.
Samsung has also introduced a 5G-enabled version of the Galaxy Note 10.
The new Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ starts at $1099, while Galaxy Note 10 comes at a starting price of $949. Both Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ will be launched in India on August 20.
