Motorola, the smart phone brand owned by Lenovo, has recently launched two new smart phones in India, namely the Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40. The Razr 40 Ultra is priced at ₹89,999, while the Razr 40 comes with a price tag of ₹59,999. Both smart phones will be available for purchase starting July 15 at 12 pm on platforms such as Amazon India, Motorola India online, Reliance Digital, and select retail stores. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is currently open for pre-booking exclusively on Amazon India.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform. It features a 3.6-inch pOLED cover screen with a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1100 nits. The cover screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. Additionally, the smart phone boasts a second 6.9-inch pOLED foldable screen with a 165 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1400 nits.

In terms of design, the Razr 40 Ultra can fold completely in half, aligning the top and bottom edges seamlessly. Thanks to its redesigned teardrop hinge, Motorola claims that the Razr 40 Ultra does not leave any visible creases on the screen. Both the Razr 40 Ultra and Razr 40 feature a metal frame combined with a vegan leather option on the back.

The camera setup on the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra includes a 12-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera that also functions as a macro vision lens. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front camera. Moto Spatial Sound and Dolby Atmos-powered stereo speakers manage audio. A 3,800mAh battery powers the Razr 40 Ultra, which can be charged quickly with a 33W TurboPower charger and Wireless charging support.

Similarly, the Razr 40 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and has a 1.5-inch pOLED cover screen as well as a secondary 6.9-inch full HD+ pOLED foldable screen with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The smart phone is equipped with a 4,200 mAh battery. The main rear camera of the Razr 40 boasts a 64-megapixel sensor with OIS, laser autofocus, and an ambient light sensor. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front camera.
