Thrissur: Actor and NDA candidate for the Thrissur constituency, Suresh Gopi, believes that the resurrection of Thrissur will happen on June 4 when the votes of the Lok Sabha elections are counted. He also expressed hope that this time he would be elected from Thrissur, thus paving the way for the revival of Kerala through Thrissur.
Suresh Gopi also didn’t forget to mock Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The former Rajya Sabha MP quipped that just like the political crisis that occurred in Sri Lanka, a similar situation will unfold in Kerala too. Suresh Gopi stated that the captain was no longer strong and the soil had washed away from under his feet. He remarked that a storm would blow in Kerala too, and the ship would rock.
Suresh Gopi stated that if the third Modi government comes to power, it will dismantle the cooperative sector and introduce a special law for it.
