Vladivostok: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday refused to sit on a sofa chair which was specially kept for him at a photo session and showed his willingness to sit on a simple chair along with others.
Railway Minister Piyush Goyal took to Twitter and posted a video, which showed Modi being welcomed by officials at the photo session. He is seen opting for the chair over sofa.
“PM Narendra Modi’s example of simplicity was seen again today as he got the special arrangement removed and showed the willingness to sit on a ordinary chair along with others in Russia,” Goyal tweeted.
