Thiruvananthapuram: Suresh Gopi says he will not raise Sabarimala issue in the election campaign. The central government knows very well what to do with the issue. Like the abrogation of Article 370, a surgical strike kind of step might be taken by the Central Government.
There have been mob lynching in the country. However, he said that his leader and the group that stood with him opposed it and publicly stated that he would not support anyone. “The Prime Minister himself had denounced the mob violence in North India.” But he asked if the political leaders of the state are ready to dismiss the political killings in Kerala.
Suresh Gopi while talking about Adoor Gopalakrishnan said that the latter has his own views and is speaking accordingly. Suresh Gopi said that he would not question his point of view and added that he would not stand on the side of treason too.
