Pathanamthitta: A COVID-19 infected patient in Ranni has dismissed all the allegations formulated by the state government. He told Janam TV that they were not screened at the airport and had not concealed the fact that they came from Italy.
The patient said that initially no symptoms were seen when they came to Kerala. The person also denied that they attended a wedding ceremony. They arrived on Saturday and refuted authorities statements they went to Church on Sunday, as they were at home the said day.
However, the person admitted that they visited their relatives in Kottayam and Punaloor.
The patient also rebuked health department’s claim that he was forcibly brought to the hospital. He came to the hospital in his own car.
Meanwhile, the infected person’s health status has reported satisfactory.
