Pathanamthitta : The Save Sabarimala Rath Yatra has begun. Rath Yatra is organized by NDA, against Pinarayi Government’s stand, to overthrow the traditions and custom of Sabarimala. Karnataka ex- chief minister and opposition party leader B. S. Yeddyurappa inaugurated the Yatra, in his inaugural speech, he demanded the CM of Kerala, to be more generous and to act the will of the people. PS Sreedharan Pillai derided CM by commenting that Pinarayi is in the wrath of depression.

The venue of the inaugural function was at Madoor Shri Madanandeswara Siddhivinayak Temple at Kasargod. The temple had a history of defeating Tipu Sultan’s army in their attempts to capture the temple. NDA the blew the trumpet against all the odds opposing Sabarimala traditions and begun the Yatra.

Advocate P S Sreedharan Pillai and Thushar Vellapalli lead the Save Sabarimala Rath Yatra. Kasargod had witnessed the frenzy of ten thousands of people, against the people’s Government’s stand, on Sabarimala women entry.
