Kochi: Shocking revelations have now been exposed on counterfeit notes. A chartered accountant at Perumbavoor told Janam Tv that some of the possessors of the counterfeit notes had approached him. The chartered accountant said that those who had deposited crores in excess of their income in the bank were looking for a shortcut to escape income tax monitoring.

At the same time, some people in Perumbavoor, who had deposited crores in the bank, had approached the CA to create fake sources of income. He said that these people who had about Rs 25.75 lakh in their accounts got crores of rupees transacted.

The intelligence agencies had revealed that the counterfeit notes had reached Kochi via Dubai in two containers from Pakistan. During the previous LDF regime, VS Achuthanandan’s personal assistant, had also revealed about the smuggling of containers in Kochi port.

When the investigation into missing containers were about to conclude, a chartered accountant of Perumbavoor came forward with these revelations.

Counterfeit notes of five hundred and one thousand rupees were delivered through container. It is learned that the container counterfeit notes have reached other parts of Kerala besides Perumbavoor, which is rooted in extremist organizations.
