Pathanamthitta: As movements for settlement on Sabarimala issues underway, the Government makes purposeful moves to organize Sabarimala like a war zone.
The Government has made wide range of security measures. More than ten thousand cops will be deployed in this season in Sabarimala. It is reported that force will be in full swing for woman entry.
A Company of woman cops and 30 woman commandos will be deployed under Woman Battalion Command in Maniyar KAP 5th Battalion. Commandos and Quick Reaction Team will also be there for close monitoring.
The cops will be deployed in five phases under South Zone ADGP Anil Kanth in Sannidhanam. More cameras will be placed in Pampa and Sannidhanam. More over, watch towers too to be set at Sannidhanam soon.
