Ladakh: The Brigadier-level talks continued between India and China for the fifth day after Indian Army foiled Chinese Army’s attempts to transgress in new areas.
However, this time, the talks are being held in an open area in Chushul unlike the usual meetings inside the Border Personnel Meeting huts built for the purpose there in both sided of the Line of Actual Control.
On the intervening night of August 29-30, the Indian Army thwarted an attempt by the Chinese Army to transgress into Indian areas near the southern bank of Pangong Tso near Chushul in Ladakh.
