Thiruvananthapuram: The state reported new 2,479 cases of coronavirus today. At the same time 2,716 people recovered from the disease.
Of the total cases 274 reported from Thiruvananthapuram, followed by Kollam 248, Kasaragod 236, Thrissur 204, Kottayam and Malappuram 178 each, Kozhikode 167, Pathanamthitta 141, Kannur 115, Alappuzha 106, Wayanad 84, Palakkad 42, Idukki 29.
11 more deaths were reported today due to coronavirus. The death toll in the state has now reached 326.
Of these confirmed cases 59 arrived from abroad while 71 from other states. 2255 people infected through local transmission.
