Thiruvananthapuram: The state continues to witness massive protests in connection with the gold smuggling case. Meanwhile, DYFI attacked Yuva Morcha members who marched towards Minister EP Jayarajan’s house in Kannur.
The DYFI goons unleashed attack on those Yuva Morcha members who were returning back after protests. Yuva Morcha members were beaten up with tree branches and vandalised their vehicles.
The violence was unleashed by the CPM goons who had gathered from the party office in Pappinisseri.
The BJP slammed the CPM government for not only using the police but also party goons to suppress the protests.
