Maninder, who works has an AC mechanic was arrested under 41.1 Criminal Procedure Code.

The Delhi Police said, he has disclosed to have been motivated by the speeches made by leaders at Singhu border and the posts on Facebook of various groups.

“Maninder had motivated six other people from his area and all of them joined the tractor rally from Singhu border on January 26. He also had his two swords with him on that day,” said Delhi Police.
