Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh, reflecting on its master strategy of ‘Test, Trace and Treat’ to combat the deadly enemy, conducted as many as 3,58,273 COVID tests in the last 24 hours, thereby yet again making a nationwide record.

For the first time since mid-April, the number of active cases have shown a sharp decline by coming down to just 20 percent from its peak on April 30.
The Active Covid cases in the densely populated state of 240 million now remain only 20 percent since its peak which was capped on April 30. The figure has shown a remarkable reduction by falling to just 62,271 on Tuesday from a high of 3,10,783 last month
