Mumbai: CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) officer who stopped Bollywood star Salman Khan for not cooperating for security checking is rewarded by CISF. There were reports circulating in the media that officer was reprimanded. CISF tweeted that these reports were fake and for his stern actions, CISF ASI Somnath Mohanti is suitably rewarded.
Salman Khan and actress Katrina Kaif reached Mumbai Airport to fly to Russia for the shooting of film Tiger 3. Salman refused for security clearance and checking of his identity documents before entering the Airport. Not only that, he removed his mask for posing pictures with fans. After that, when he tried to enter inside the airport, CISF ASI Somath Mohanti stopped him.
CISF officer asked Salman to go for security clearance at security check point. He stood firm with his decision and Salman had to agree. The video of this incident had gone viral and people lauded CISF officer for his strict actions.
