New Delhi: While responding to the ongoing National Herald case, the BJP leader and Member of Parliament Subramanian Swami said the scam is big and Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi will receive stern punishments. He also said that there is no concession as ED has strict punishment policy for money laundering case.
“There is no other solution, they will be punished as ED’s punishment under money laundering accusation is very strict. Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi could be jailed for 7 years as they are the majority shareholders of Young Indian” , Said Subramanian Swami.
The National Herald case was filed by Subramanian Swamy in the year 2013, in which he accused Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and several others for ‘misappropriating’ the assets of associated journals worth Rs 2000 crores by ‘paying just Rs 50 lakhs’ .
