Palakkad: a POCSO case victim has been kidnapped from her grandmother’s house by her uncle and relatives. The case was already filed against her uncle who is now under the police custody. The victim is yet to be found.
The minor girl was raped by her uncle and later kidnapped from her grandmother, with whom the court handed over the girl to ensure the security.
The Police have been questioning the culprit.
The primary report says that they kidnapped the girl to force her to change the statements. Police said that they are trying to find the girl soon.
The incident took place in 2019. Currently, the case has been taken forward by the POCSO Court, Palakkad.
