Thiruvananthapuram: Swapna Suresh has welcomed ED’s move to transfer the trial from Kerala to another state. “I was concerned whether the truth will come out or not. Have trust in ED now. The recent move gives me hope”, said Swapna.
“Sivashankar had earlier told me that there is nothing to worry about agencies like Enforcement Directorate and NIA as in Kerala, the case taken up by NIA is handled by officers including Kerala Police . They belong to CM’s group. So, I do believe that under these circumstances, state government’s influence may affect the case. Hence the attempt to transfer the case from Kerala to Karnataka is propitious”, added Swapna Suresh.
Swapna has informed that evidences against K T Jaleel will be submitted to court tomorrow. While he was minister, Jaleel had involved in anti national activities and the evidences have already been handed over to the advocate, and that will be given to the court along with the affidavit, said Swapna.
