Mangaluru: Police have arrested three SDPI terrorists Shihab, Basheer and Riyas, accused in the brutal murder of Yuva Morcha leader Praveen Nettaru. Police had earlier arrested seven people in connection with the crime.The total number of people under arrest is ten now.
The criminals Shihab, Basheer and Riyas were arrested from Kerala. Karnataka Police have informed that the SDPI Popular Front criminals had been planning, conspiring and training for two months to kill Praveen Nettaru.
At the first phase, local leaders held meetings and decided to kill Praveen. Later the accused reach Kasargod to get training in letal weapons. SDPI activists also got traning in Karnataka too.
Police told that NIA is also with the police and the team will take action against those who are involved in the murder case. Police and NIA are in search for the absconding culprits.
Praveen Nettaru, a Yuva Morcha worker, was brutally murdered with lethal weapons on 19 July at Bellare in Dakshina Kannada.
