Kochi: Many of the film stars have come up with wishes while the country celebrates its 76th Independence Day. The stars including Mammootty and Mohanlal have extended wishes to the nation through social media platforms. Along with them, actors from other languages have also sent wishes.
The stars also participated in the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign announced by the PM on behalf of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. As part of this, Mohanlal hoisted the national flag at his home in Elamakkara and Mammootty at Kochi.
After hoisting the flag, Mohanlal said that the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign would inculcate sovereignty and also increase love towards the nation. Apart from them, Suresh Gopi, Jayaram and many others have unfurled flags in their homes.
