Palakkad: Today, the Court will consider the Petition on cancellation of the bail of the culprits in Madhu murder case. The case will be considered by the SCST Court, Mannarkkad. By this time, many of the witnesses had changed their statements. The prosecution has submitted the proof of the culprits approaching the court both in direct and indirect ways. The prosecution said that the accused disobeyed the rules on bails set by the High Court and also requested for the cancellation of the bail.
The witnesses were mainly approached by the culprits Marakkar, Najeeb, Shamsuddin and Sajeev . Their telephone records were traced and it says that they contacted some witnesses 63 times. A fast trial will begin in order to consider the case immediately. The court had already decided to question at least 5 witnesses daily.
The witnesses Rajesh, Jayakumar, Seidalavi, Manikandan, Sunilkumar, Thajiddin and Deepu from 25 to 31 may be questioned today. 13 witnesses had already changed their statements and only 2 were given statements in support to the prosecution.
