Gandhinagar: Aam Aadmi Party leader arrested in molestation case. AAP leader Bhagu Vala from Veraval in Gujarat was arrested by Gir Somnath police. The arrest was made following a complaint by a 23-year-old woman.
In the complaint, the woman says that she was tortured by promising a role in movie. The woman filed a police complaint against Bhagu on Friday. After that, the victim’s medical examination was conducted and the complaint was confirmed.
The police said that he used to call the woman to the flat for an advertisement shoot and then tortured her. Currently, the accused is undergoing treatment due to corona infection. After that, the accused will be subjected to a medical examination and will be produced in court, the officials said. The accused joined AAP after working in Congress for a long time in Somnath district.
