Srinagar: Another encounter in Jammu and Kashmir. An encounter between the security forces and the terrorists took place in Ananthnag. Army killed one more terrorist. The encounter took place in Thengpo village of Kokkarnag in Anantnag district. Earlier, a terrorist was killed by the security forces. Another terrorist was killed by the army in the search conducted after this. The investigation was conducted following a tip-off.
Kashmir Zone Police said that more details about the incident will be released soon. Four terrorists were killed in a joint operation conducted by the army and the Jammu and Kashmir police in Shopian the other day. Three Jaish terrorists were killed from Drach area and one from Mulu area of Shopian. Rifles and other explosives were recovered from the area.
