Kochi: The High Court slammed the attitude of the bus drivers, owners and the system that challenge the rules. The court in its interim order has asked to take those vehicles under custody and cancel the fitness, and to suspend the driver’s license. The court ordered to suspend the fitness certificate of those rules violating vehicles for three months.
The school authority too will face strict action if the excursion buses violate the laws and use audio systems beyond rules. The High Court also informed that the vloggers who encourage such violation will be punished.
Criminal action will be taken against work shops if changes in structure of vehicle is made. The fine for the violation of law has been hiked to Rs. 10000.
