Manila: The disastrous typhoon that has got the power to destroy Philippines Island snatched away the life of 98 people and 68 are admitted in the hospital. The strong wind that occurred in land and sea created huge waves in the sea. According to the reports, many fishing boats and normal boats have been destroyed. Death toll said to be risen.
As per the official figures, 58 deaths have been reported and 40 cases are not yet confirmed. It is also reported that 63 people are missing in the disaster from different regions.
Around 18 lakh people, living in different islands, are facing the atrocities. 5,75,000 families and 31,942 villages are affected by the wind. The typhoon destroyed 17 regions. 1,13,408 hectares of Agriculture land were destroyed and 8,608 farmers lost their property in the disaster.
