Thiruvananthapuram: More details are being collected by the investigation team on the murder of Sharon, a youngster who was killed by his girlfriend Greeshma. It was Greeshma’s uncle who initially found the poison bottle.
It is found that paraquat, a chemical compound used to spray on rubber trees, has been given to Sharon after mixing it into the ayurveda medicine. The bottle of paraquat has also been found. It has been 4 months since Greeshma’s uncle brought Paraquat. Greeshma admitted the crime after long hours of interrogation by the police. After the incident, her uncle had thrown the paraquat bottle into a pond. The bottle is a crucial evidence in the case.
The investigation is being held with the help of the Tamil Nadu police. Greeshma’s house is located near the border of Tamil Nadu. Greeshma said that both the juice and the Ayurvedic medicine was given to Sharon.
The police expect that more evidence will be found from her home. Greeshma’s mother and uncle will be presented at Neyyattinkara police station. An investigation is being conducted at Greeshma’s house by the fingerprint squad team.
