Kozhikode: BJP State General Secretary M T Ramesh said that Arya Rajendran is not fit to continue her position as a Mayor. Arya manipulated her power and position. Not only the mayor, but other members in the administration too had misused their authority. Hence BJP is demanding to suspend the administration and the protest taking place in the capital city is a part of it. This protest is not limited inside Thiruvananthapuram but the party is all set to spread it across the state, said M T Ramesh.

He also said that the system of providing jobs to the party cadres should be stopped. The CPM is challenging the laymen’s wisdom. Mayor did not say that the letter is fake , but it has the mayor’s name and signature. If the letter head was taken by someone else, then it must be proved.

In this background, all appointments held in the state should be cross checked. The administration should be suspended along with the resignation of the mayor. An investigation is also needed on the same, added M T Ramesh. He also reminded that a strong protest will take place against the action of the Mayor.
